综合护理干预在肾功能衰竭腹膜透析患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究综合护理干预用于肾功能衰竭腹膜透析的价值。方法2018年9月至2021年8月本科接诊且自愿接受腹膜透析治疗的肾功能衰竭患者150例,均分成试验组和对照组,前者行综合护理干预,后者行常规护理。对比血肌酐等指标。结果针对SDS和SAS评分,试验组干预后分别是(37.18±2.53)分、(38.46±3.17)分,比对照组(45.89±3.97)分、(46.85±4.72)分低,P<0.05。针对血尿素氮与血肌酐水平,试验组干预后分别是(8.41±1.96)mmol/L、(439.22±39.63)mmol/L,比对照组(12.58±2.04)mmol/L、(496.84±42.71)mmol/L低,P<0.05。针对并发症发生率,试验组1.33%,与对照组的13.33%相比数值更低,P<0.05。满意度:试验组达到了98.67%,与对照组的84.0%相比数值更高,P<0.05。针对SF-36评分,试验组干预后(86.14±4.29)分,比对照组(78.55±5.31)分高,P<0.05。结论于肾功能衰竭腹膜透析中用综合护理干预,负性情绪缓解更为迅速,并发症发生率更低,预后更好,肾功能改善更为显著,满意度提升更加明显。Objective To study the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in peritoneal dialysis of renal failure.Methods From September 2018 to August 2021,150 patients with renal failure were treated with peritoneal dialysis.Two groups were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group took comprehensive nursing intervention,the control group routine nursing.Compare the SAS score and other indicators.Results For SDS and SAS scores,the experimental group was(37.18±2.53)and(38.46±3.17)respectively after intervention,lower than the control group(45.89±3.97)and(46.85±4.72),P<0.05.The levels of blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine in experimental groups were(8.41±1.96)mmol/L and(439.22±39.63)mmol/L after intervention,which were lower than those in control group(12.58±2.04)mmol/L and(496.84±42.71)mmol/L,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in experimental group was 1.33%,lower than 13.33% in control group(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,98.67% of test group was higher than 84.00% of control group,P<0.05.The SF-36 score of the experimental group was(86.14±4.29)after intervention,which was higher than that of the control group(78.55±5.31),P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in peritoneal dialysis of renal failure is beneficial to the alleviation of negative emotions,the prevention of complications,the improvement of life quality,the recovery of renal function,and the improvement of satisfaction.
