摘 要:为探究接种不同剂量柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella)孢子化卵囊对京海黄鸡感染后不同时间点血液生化、抗氧化等指标的影响及动态变化规律,将180只30日龄京海黄鸡随机分为3组,分别感染0(对照组)、0.75万个·只^(-1)(感染Ⅰ组)和1.5万个·只^(-1)(感染Ⅱ组)E.tenella孢子化卵囊,分别测定感染后第0、3、7天血液中23个生化、抗氧化和免疫指标,分析不同感染剂量和时间点对测定指标的影响。结果表明:感染后第3天,只有感染Ⅱ组碱性磷酸酶(ALP)显著高于感染Ⅰ组和对照组,感染Ⅱ组葡萄糖(GLU)显著高于对照组;感染后第7天,不同剂量组ALP、总蛋白质(TP)、球蛋白(GLB)、肌酐(CRE)、三酰甘油(TG)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、白介素2(IL-2)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、白介素6(IL-6)和白介素8(IL-8)指标之间有显著或极显著差异。综合而言,不同剂量E.tenella孢子化卵囊感染后,对京海黄鸡不同时间点血液指标的影响不同,这为京海黄鸡球虫病感染后机体在防御过程中所起的作用提供了参考依据。In order to investigate the effects of different Eimeria tenella oocysts infection doses on blood biochemistry,antioxidant and other indicators at different post-infection time in Jinghai yellow chicken and its dynamic change profiles.A total of 18030-day-old Jinghai yellow chicken were randomly divided into three groups and given an oral infection with 0(control group),0.75×10^(4)(infectionⅠgroup)and 1.5×10^(4)(infectionⅡgroup)E.tenella oocysts.the effects of 23 biochemical,antioxidant and immune indicators in the blood were measured at different doses of infection on day 0,day 3 and day 7,and the effects of different infection dose and time point on the selected indexes were analyzed.The results showed that alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in infection groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in infection groupⅠand the control group at 3 d post-infection(P<0.05),glucose(GLU)of infection groupⅡwas significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);At 7 d post-infection,ALP and total protein(TP),globulin(GLB),creatinine(CRE),triglycerides(TG),nitric oxide(NO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),interleukin 2(IL-2),catalase(CAT)and interleukin 6(IL-6)and interleukin 8(IL-8)different dose groups in index were significantly(P<0.05)or extremely significantly different(P<0.01).The study showed that different doses of E.tenellasporidized oocysts had different effects on blood indexes at different time points,and provided the reference for the body against coccidiosis infection in the defense process in Jinghai yellow chicken.
