摘　　要：大数据时代背景下,全过程育人离不开大数据思维。思政教师运用大数据技术进行思政课创新教育的意识是发展方向,在应用中存在诸如数据采集方式过于单一、使用数据有效性偏低、大数据智能化运用不足等问题。立足大数据环境创新和发展思想政治教育工作,要促进思政教师队伍学科背景多元化,引导思政教师信息技术培训专业化,推动大数据智能化教学平台使用常态化。Under the background of big data era,whole-processing education can’t be done without big data thinking.For the present,it is trend for ideological and political teachers to take ideological and political course innovation education with the help of big data technology.In the application process,there are still some problems,such as the single way of data collection,low effectiveness of using data,lack of intelligent use of big data and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to make innovation and development of ideological and political education in big data environment,promote the diversity of ideological and political teachers’ subject background,guide them to specialize in information technology training,and promote the normalization of using big data intelligent teaching platform.
