摘　　要：在俱乐部制教学改革实践中,结合乒乓球项目运动特点,设计出形式新颖,方法灵活的积分比赛模型,并将其运用于普通高校乒乓球教学中。通过文献资料法、访谈法、观察法,发现此改革举措在激发学生学习兴趣,促进学生自主锻炼,增强课堂锻炼效果,弘扬体育精神文化,推动校园体育竞赛开展方面显示出其特有价值,能够为其他球类项目开展活动提供经验。In the teaching reform practice of club system,a credits competition model with novel forms and flexible methods is designed by considering the characteristics of table tennis,and gets applied to the teaching of table tennis in colleges and universities.Through the research methods of literature,interview and observation,it is found that this reform has its unique value in stimulating students’interest in learning,promoting them to exercise independently,enhancing the effect of classroom exercise,carrying forward sports spirit and culture,and promoting the development of campus sports competitions,which can provide experience for the development of other ball games.
