摘 要:近年来,化学工业一直发展迅速,在同一单元中合成羰基可以生产丁醇和辛醇。丁醇是合成精细化学品的重要原料,它们主要用于制造增塑剂、溶剂、干燥剂、消泡剂、分散剂、漂浮剂、石油添加剂和合成香料。生产丁醇的工业过程是羰基乙醇的缩合、发酵和合成。羰基合成是目前主要的生产工艺。由于反应条件温和,低压羰基合成被许多公司广泛使用。羰基丙烯的合成是通过丙烯和合成气(H_(2)和 CO)与羰基合成反应生成丁醛,丁醛直接加氢生成异丁醇,另一部分缩合加氢生成辛醇。In recent years,the chemical industry has been developing rapidly.Butanol and octanol can be produced by synthesizing carbonyl in the same unit.Butanol is an important raw material for the synthesis of fine chemicals.It is mainly used in the manufacture of plasticizer,solvent,desiccant,defoamer,dispersant,floating agent,petroleum additive and synthetic perfume.The industrial process of producing butanol is the condensation,fermentation and synthesis of carbonyl ethanol.Carbonyl synthesis is the main production process at present.Due to mild reaction conditions,low-pressure carbonyl synthesis is widely used by many companies.The synthesis of carbonyl propylene is through the reaction of propylene and syngas (H_(2) and CO) with carbonyl synthesis to produce butyraldehyde.Butyraldehyde is directly hydrogenated to produce isobutanol,and the other part is condensed and hydrogenated to produce octanol.
