摘 要:新文科建设提出强调学科的交叉融合和理论实践并重,为新闻传播教育改革指明了方向。本文通过对国内59家新闻传播院校最新本科培养方案进行内容分析,系统梳理出新闻传播学本科专业人才培养的现状及问题,并针对反映出的问题对16位来自学界、业界的专家进行访谈。基于此,本研究提出以下建议:更新专业划分标准、重构知识框架、优化课程体系,对跨学科知识进行新闻传播化改造,并且注重能力型人才的培养。The construction of new liberal arts emphasizes the cross integration of disciplines and equal emphasis on theory and practice,which points out the reform direction of journalism and communication education.Based on the content analysis of the latest undergraduate training programs of 59 journalism and communication colleges,this article analyzes the status and difficulties in the undergraduate talent development of journalism and communication.Based on the problems reflected by the data,we interviewed 16 experts from academia and industry.On this basis,this study proposes the following recommendations: undergraduate education in journalism and communication should update the classification standards of major subjects,reconstruct the knowledge frameworks,optimize the curriculum systems,and make interdisciplinary knowledge more suitable for journalism and communication,and focus on the development of ability-based talents.
