摘 要:针对北京某化工厂废水回用反渗透(RO)系统在运行过程中出现进水压力增大、产水量迅速增大和脱盐率明显下降等问题,对进水端膜元件进行解剖分析,考察膜片脱盐层是否受损。综合利用热重分析仪(TGA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDAX)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等对膜表面附着的黑色污染物进行成分分析。结果表明:受测的进水端反渗透膜元件脱盐层被氯氧化,表面附着的黑色污染物主要为氧化锰。Aimed at the problems of RO process in waste water reuse for a Beijing chemical plant, such as inlet pressure increase, water conductivity increase and the salt rejection decrease, the membrane was analyzed to investigate whether the desalination layer of the diaphragm was damaged. And the foulants on the fouling membrane were analyzed through the comprehensive analytical instrument including thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA),scanning electron microscope(SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDAX),X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF), fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and X-ray diffractometer(XRD). The results showed that, the desalination layer of the RO membrane element was oxidized by chlorine and there were a lot of black foulants on the surface of RO membrane, the inoraganic foulants occupied the total foulants mass about 71.3% and the other was oraganic foulants. It was concluded that the inoraganic foulants on the fouling RO membrane were mainly manganese oxide.
