摘  要:通过使用Metage Opal 2800便携式拉曼光谱仪并以银溶胶作为SERS基底来快速检测水溶液中多环芳烃菲、蒽的质量浓度并探索水溶液中菲、蒽的检测限。采用便携式拉曼光谱仪作为检测仪器,以银溶胶作为SERS基底检测水样品中不同质量浓度多环芳烃菲、蒽并进行图谱分析,得到检测限分别是10^(-7)g·L^(-1)、10^(-6)g·L^(-1);该方法简便、灵敏、快速,对下一步Metage Opal 2800便携式拉曼光谱仪现场检测废水具有重要意义。The mass concentrations of phenanthrene and anthracene in aqueous solution were determined by the portable Raman spectrometer Metage Opal 2800 and SERS substrate, and the detection limits of phenanthrene and anthracene in aqueous solution were explored. The portable Raman spectrometer was used as the detection instrument,and the silver sol was used as the SERS substrate to detect phenanthrene and anthracene in water samples with different mass concentrations. The detection limits were 10^(-7)g·L^(-1)and 10^(-6)g·L^(-1),respectively;The method is simple,sensitive and rapid, which is of great significance for the next field detection of wastewater by Metage Opal 2800 portable Raman spectrometer.
