摘 要:采用双溶剂萃取的方法,利用甲苯和去离子水对陕北中低温煤焦油进行多次萃取,利用GC/MS测定甲苯萃取组分中化学成分。结果表明:甲苯萃取组分中共检测出113种组分,主要成分是烷烃、芳烃、芳酚和其他含氧化合物,相对质量分数分别为10.5%、35.5%、21.2%和28.8%。芳烃种类高达59种,主要是1~2环芳烃,芳酚中相对质量分数较高的成分是苯酚、邻甲基苯酚、对甲基苯酚和2,4’-亚甲基二苯酚,相对质量分数之和约为13.6%。芳烃和芳酚总相对质量分数高达56.7%。另外,其他含氧化合物中异丁醚单个组分相对质量分数高达23.2%,说明通过双溶剂萃取的方法可以实现对煤焦油中族组分进行粗分离。Middle/low-temperature coal tar from Northern Shaanxi was extracted for several times with toluene and deionized water under double solvent system. The extracts with toluene were analyzed by GC/MS system. The results showed that 113 compounds were detected in the extracts with toluene of coal tar, most of these were alkanes,aromatics, aromatic phenols and other oxygenated compounds, the relative mass fractions were 10.5%, 35.5%, 21.2%and 28.8%, respectively. There were 59 aromatic hydrocarbons, mainly 1~2 ring aromatics. Aromatic phenols with highly relative mass fraction were phenol, o-methyl phenol, p-methyl phenol and 2,4’-methylene diphenol, the sum of relative mass fractions was about 13.6%. The total relative mass fraction of aromatics and aromatic phenols reached 56.7%. In addition, the relative mass fraction of isobutyl ether in other oxygenated compounds was as high as 23.2%,indicating that group separation of coal tar can be achieved by double solvent extraction.
