摘 要:目前渤海油田已处于高含水阶段,单纯凝胶封堵或聚合物微球调驱效果逐渐降低,实现稳油控水目标任务艰巨。为增强深部液流转向能力,油藏开发中提出了堵调驱技术理念,但其提高驱油效果机理尚不清楚。为此,以渤海B油田储层及流体特征为研究对象,首先分别开展了单独堵、调、驱和堵调驱技术的驱替实验,评价了堵调驱技术提高采收率幅度;并结合CT扫描成像技术,分别对不同开发方式和不同堵调驱开采阶段的岩心内流体分布进行成像观察,分析了岩心内剩余油的动用情况。结果表明:堵调驱技术体系采收率明显提高,相比单独驱替技术的采收率增幅为15.98%,其能够避免纯聚合物微球调驱或高效驱油剂驱液流转向能力有限、难以启动中低渗透层的问题,降低高渗透层低效循环比例。开展堵调驱联合作业可以实现在封堵高渗层扩大波及体积基础上,对中渗层进行有效调驱并启动低渗透层,提高洗油效率,实现"1+1+1>3"的开发效果。At present, Bohai oilfield has been in the stage of high water cut. The effect of gel plugging or polymer microsphere flooding is decreasing gradually, and the goal of stabilizing oil and water control is arduous. In order to enhance the steering ability of deep fluid flow, the concept of plugging and profile control flooding technology was put forward in reservoir development, but the mechanism of improving oil displacement effect is still unclear. For this reason, taking the reservoir and fluid characteristics of Bohai B oilfield as the research object, the displacement experiments of separate plugging, profile control, flooding and plugging profile control flooding technology were carried out respectively, and the enhanced oil recovery extent of plugging profile control flooding technology was evaluated. Combined with CT scanning imaging technology, the fluid distribution in the core of different development methods and different stages of plugging, profile control and flooding were observed, and the remaining oil production in the core was analyzed. The experimental results showed that, the oil recovery of plugging-profile control-flooding technology system was significantly improved, and the oil recovery was increased by 15.98% compared with the single displacement technology. It can avoid the problems of limited liquid flow diversion ability of pure polymer microspheres or high-efficiency oil displacement agent, and difficult to start the low permeability layer, and reduce the low efficiency circulation ratio of high permeability layer. On the basis of plugging the high permeability layer and expanding the swept volume, the joint operation of plugging, profile control and flooding can effectively control the medium permeability layer, start the low permeability layer, improve the oil washing efficiency, and achieve the development effect of "1 + 1 + 1 > 3".
