天麻素的含量测定、结构表征和药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：为促进天麻素的进一步研究和开发,以"天麻素""含量测定""结构""药理活性"为关键字检索相关文献,对天麻素的含量测定、结构表征和药理活性进行归纳总结。天麻素的提取方法包括半仿生-酶法、超高效液相色谱法、HPLC法、微波法、紫外分光光度法等,其中HPLC法应用较为广泛。天麻素属于酚苷类化合物,且为氧苷,相对分子质量较小,水溶性好。天麻素具有神经系统保护作用、抗脑损伤、对心血管的保护作用、改善肠道吸收、提高机体体液免疫等多种药理活性。目前,天麻素的含量测定与药理活性研究已取得一定进展,但大多仍停留在实验研究阶段,因此针对天麻素的含量测定和药理活性进行综述,以便更好地开展天麻素的工业化生产和相关制剂的研究。In order to promote the further research and development of gastrodin, relevant literatures were searched by using "gastrodin", "content determination", "structure" and "pharmacological activity" as the key words, and content determination,structural characterization and pharmacological activity of gastrodin were summarized. The extraction methods of gastrodin include semi-bionic enzymatic method, ultra-performance liquid chromatography, HPLC method, microwave method, ultraviolet spectrophotometry and so on, among which the HPLC method is widely used.Gastrodin belongs to phenolic glycosides and is an oxyglycoside with small molecular weight and good water solubility. Gastrodia has many pharmacological activities,such as nervous system protection, anti-brain injury,cardiovascular protection, improvement of intestinal absorption, and enhancement of humoral immunity. At present,the content determination and pharmacological activity of gastrodin have made some progress, but most of them are still in the experimental research stage. In this paper, the content determination and pharmacological activity of gastrodin were reviewed, in order to better carry out the industrial production of gastrodin and the research of related preparations.
