摘　　要：目前羊肚菌的研究热点主要集中在野生菌种的人工驯化、子实体形成机理以及栽培技术的探索等方面。为了实现羊肚菌周年化栽培,通过对羊肚菌的分类鉴定方法和人工栽培过程中的关键影响因素(菌种、外源营养以及栽培模式)的研究进展进行总结,为羊肚菌新品种的驯化和周年化栽培技术的突破提供新思路。At present,the researches of Morchella spp.mainly focus on the artificial domestication of wild species,the formation mechanism of fruit body and the exploration of cultivation techniques.In order to achieve annual cultivation of Morchella spp.,the research progress of the classification and identification methods of Morchella spp.and the key influencing factors(culture,exogenous nutrition and cultivation modes)in the artificial cultivation process were summarized,which provided new ideas for the varieties domestication and the breakthrough of annual cultivation technology.
