一种姬松茸菌床常见病害的病原菌分离鉴定

摘  要:姬松茸栽培过程中有一种菌床易感染的常见病害,其主要特征为,播种后一周左右在菌床上开始出现,感染部位呈现灰色霉层,强光下可见浅桔色粉末状孢子层,通风不良、湿度大的情况下病害较为严重。通过病原菌分离,从3个病害样品中分别获得真菌菌株HMB-1、HMB-2和HMB-3。3个菌株长势和菌落形态基本一致,采用ITS序列分析对分离得到的菌株HMB-1、HMB-2和HMB-3进行鉴定,结果显示3个菌株均为粉红聚端孢菌,即姬松茸菌床呈灰色霉层感染的病原菌为粉红聚端孢菌。There was a common disease during cultivation of Agaricus blazei of which the main characteristics were,began to appear about a week after sowing,the infected area showed a gray mold layer,light orange powder spore layer can be seen under strong light,the disease was serious under the condition of poor ventilation and high humidity.The strains HMB-1、HMB-2and HMB-3 were isolated from three disease samples,and the growth tendency and colony morphology of the three strains were basically the same.The strains HMB-1、HMB-2 and HMB-3 were identified by ITS sequence analysis,the results showed that the three strains were all Trichothecium roseum,so the cause of gray mold layer during cultivation of A.blazei was T.roseum.
