摘  要:随着各省相继核定第二轮输配电价,输配电成本计算将会不断细化,输配电价设计方法也随之不断完善。首先根据输配电网之间的负荷传导关系,建立了输配电网之间的成本传导模型,将输配电网总成本在不同电压等级电力用户之间进行公平合理分摊;其次,使用综合负荷法,依据不同类型用户各时点的最大用电负荷,将某一电压等级的输配电网成本在该电压等级不同类型用户之间进一步分摊,在此基础上,设计了分电压等级的一般工商业用户和大工业用户的输配电价;最后,以我国东部L省作为研究对象,进行了算例分析,以验证本文所提模型和方法的科学性和实用性。As the provinces successively approve the second rounds of transmission and distribution tariff(TDT),the calculation of transmission and distribution costs will continue to be refined,and the design methods for TDT will continue to be improved.Firstly,according to the load conduction relationship between transmission and distribution grid(TDG),the cost conduction model between TDG was established,and the total cost of TDG was shared fairly and reasonably among power users of different voltage levels.Secondly,according to the maximum power load of different types of users at each time point,the TDG cost of a certain voltage level was further shared among different types of users of the voltage level using the combined load method.On this basis,the TDT of general industrial and commercial users and large industrial users with different voltage levels was designed.Finally,taking province L in eastern China as the research object,an example was analyzed to verify the scientificity and practicability of the model and method proposed in this paper.
