摘 要:目的利用文献计量分析方法探索我国医生职业倦怠研究领域的热点与趋势。方法以中国知网上近18年与医生职业倦怠相关的466篇文献作为研究样本,应用CiteSpace软件,通过关键词共现、聚类分析、突现词演进等对样本数据进行可视化分析。结果从发文趋势来看,相关文献是从2004年开始出现,整体呈上升趋势。发文量前10位的期刊中以《中国全科医学》最多,其次为《中国健康心理学杂志》。作者贡献知识网络图谱中节点数最大的学者是卢祖洵。北京大学科学史与科学研究中心、北京大学医学图书馆、北京崇文区心理健康教育中心、北京大学肿瘤医院等四家机构节点较大,而图中各个节点没有连线数量。研究热点集中在职业倦怠、医务人员、医患关系以及影响因素4个方面。共形成15个聚类,医生职业倦怠研究热门领域主要有职业倦怠、医护人员、全科医生、医患关系、临床医生、家庭医生、影响因素、个人成就感。2004-2021年共20个关于医生职业倦怠研究的突现词,其中2017-2021年的“影响因素”、2019-2021年的“全科医生”“家庭医生”“影响因素分析”及2020-2021年的“儿科医生”突现词一直延续至今。结论医生职业倦怠领域发文量处于上升趋势,发文期刊质量较高,研究热点不断扩大,影响因素分析热点突出,研究方法和主题趋于多样,但不同专业领域的学者需加强沟通,各个机构也要密切合作。Objective To explore the hot spots and trends in the field of doctor job burnout in China by using the method of bibliometric analysis.Methods A total of 466 literatures related to doctors’job burnout in recent 18 years on China Knowledge online were taken as the research sample,and the sample data were visually analyzed by using CiteSpace software through keyword co-occurrence,cluster analysis and emergent word evolution.Results According to the distribution trend,the relevant literature began to appear in 2004,and the overall trend was still upward.The top 10journals with the largest number of papers were Chinese General Practice,followed by Chinese Journal of Health Psychology.The largest number of nodes in the knowledge network map contributed by the author was LU Zu-xun.The four institutional nodes,namely,Center for History and Philosophy of Science of Peking University,Peking University Medical Library,Beijing Chongwen District Mental Health Education Center and Peking University Cancer Hospital,were relatively large,while there was no number of connections in each node.Research hotspots focus on four aspects:job burnout,medical staff,doctor-patient relationship and influencing factors.A total of 15 clusters were formed,the hot areas of job burnout research mainly include job burnout,medical staff,general practitioners,doctor-patient relationship,clinicians,family doctors,influencing factors and personal accomplishment.From 2004 to 2021,there were a total of 20 emergent words on the study of doctors’job burnout.Among them,the“influencing factors”from 2017 to 2021,the“general practitioner”“family doctor”“influencing factor analysis”from 2019 to 2021,and the“pediatrician”from2020 to 2021 had continued to this day.Conclusion The number of papers in the field of job burnout of doctors is on the rise,the quality of journals is high,the research hotspots are expanding,the hotspots of influencing factors analysis are prominent,and the research methods and themes tend to be diverse.However,s
