急性间质性肾炎的病理研究及治疗

摘　　要：急性间质性肾炎是由多原因引起的病理综合征,该病起病急骤,可引起肾功能损害,是导致急性肾衰竭发生的重要危险因素之一。近年来,临床关于该病的相关研究已取得一定进展,包括病因、病理机制及治疗措施等方面,对其防治计划的开展具有重要指导价值。现就急性间质性肾炎的病理研究及治疗研究进行综述。Acute interstitial nephritis is a pathological syndrome caused by multiple causes.The onset of the disease is acute,which can cause renal damage and is one of the important risk factors for acute renal failure.In recent years,some progress has been made in clinical research on the disease,including etiology,pathological mechanism and treatment measures,which has important guiding value for the development of its prevention and treatment plan.This article reviews the pathological and therapeutic studies of acute interstitial nephritis.
