多维度护理对精神分裂症木僵及亚木僵患者生活质量与复发情况的影响

摘　　要：目的研究多维度护理对精神分裂症木僵及亚木僵患者生活质量与复发情况的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2021年5月江西康宁医院收治的72例精神分裂症木僵及亚木僵患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施多维度护理。比较两组并发症情况、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、Herth希望量表评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分及复发情况。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组PANSS评分及SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组Herth、SF-36评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率为2.78%,低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论多维度护理可减少精神分裂症木僵及亚木僵患者的并发症情况,改善其精神症状及负面情绪,同时促进患者希望水平及生活质量的提升,降低复发风险。Objective To study the effect of multi-dimensional nursing on the quality of life and recurrence of schizophrenic patients with stupor and substupor.Methods A total of 72 schizophrenia patients with stupor and substupor who were admitted to Jiangxi Kangning Hospital from January2018 to May 2021 were divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given multi-dimensional nursing.The complications,Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)scores,Depression Self-rating Scale(SDS)scores,Anxiety Self-rating Scale(SAS)scores,Herth Hope Scale scores,SF-36 scores and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The PANSS score,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Herth and SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than 16.67% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional nursing can reduce the complications of schizophrenia patients with stupor and sub stupor,improve their mental symptoms and negative emotions,promote the improvement of patients’hope level and quality of life,and reduce the risk of recurrence.
