摘  要:目的:建立一种高效液相色谱—串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)用于油菜与油菜籽内草除灵残留量的测定。方法:提取试剂为乙腈,净化柱为石墨化碳黑—氨基复合柱,色谱峰分析借助C_(18)色谱柱,通过甲醇—乙酸铵水溶液进行梯度洗脱处理。结果:在0.01~1.00μg/mL线性区间内,LC-MS/MS方法具有良好线性,R^(2)值为0.999,方法检出限、定量限分别为0.008,0.027 mg/kg。当加标水平为0.03,0.06,0.15 mg/kg时,加标回收率为73.3%~91.3%,RSD为4.4%~8.1%。结论:高效液相色谱—串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)可用来测定油菜与油菜籽内草除灵残留量。Objective:A detection method was developed for benazolin residual in rape and rapeseed by High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).Methods:The rape and rapeseed were extracted with acetonitrile reagent,purified by Pesti Carb-NH_(2),separated by C_(18) column,carried out with methanol-ammonium acetate aqueous solution,detected by HPLC-MS/MS.Results:The liner relation was good in the ranger of 0.01~1.00μg/mL,and the coefficient of determination was 0.999,the limit of detection(LOD)was 0.008 mg/kg,with the limit of quantification(LOQ)of 0.027 mg/kg.At the spiking levels of 0.03,0.06,0.15 mg/kg,the recovery rate of the method was 73.3%~91.3%,and RSD was 4.4%~8.1%.Conclusion:The presedent treatment method is easily-conducing,efficient,and highly sensitive and selective,and it can be used to determine benazolin in rape and rapeseed.
