摘 要:目前行人工髋关节翻修术(RTHA)的患者数量呈现出逐年递增的趋势。术前对髋臼侧骨缺损的程度进行准确评估有助于临床选择合适的重建方式,恢复髋臼形态,改善下肢生物力学状态,恢复髋关节功能,但这一直是RTHA的难点。故选择合适的髋臼侧骨缺损分类方法对骨缺损严重程度的评估以及临床重建方法的选择都具有重要意义。髋臼侧骨缺损的分类方法较多,其中Paprosky分型目前在临床上使用较广泛。本文综合国内外相关研究现状,对Paprosky分型髋臼侧骨缺损翻修进行总结,以期为临床提供参考。The number of patients undergoing revision of total hip arthroplasty(RTHA)is increasing year by year.The accurate assessment of the degree of acetabular bone defect before surgery is conducive to selecting an appropriate clinical reconstruction method,restoring the acetabular shape,improving the biomechanical state of the lower extremity,and restoring the function of the hip joint,but it has always been a difficult point in RTHA.Therefore,selecting an appropriate classification method for acetabular bone defect is of great significance to the evaluation of the severity of bone defect and the selection of clinical reconstruction methods.There are many classification methods for the acetabular bone defect,among which Paprosky classification is widely used in clinical practices.This paper summarizes the revision of acetabular bone defect with Paprosky classifications based on the current research status at home and abroad,in order to provide clinical reference.
