摘  要:作为专产丙烯的工艺,丙烷脱氢已成为生产丙烯的重要手段。目前,工业所采用的铂基、铬基催化剂存在成本高、污染环境的问题。近年来,钒基催化剂因其低成本和高活性而被广泛研究。以C_(10)H_(14)O_(5)V作为钒源,采用嫁接法制备silicate-1(S-1)负载的V/S-1催化剂。结果表明,随着钒负载量的增加,催化剂上VO_(x)物种由低聚向高聚形式转变,且低聚VO_(x)物种与高聚VO_(x)物种比例随着负载量的改变而改变,其中,3V/S-1催化剂上低聚VO_(x)物种占比最高,此时催化剂具有最高的催化性能,其初始丙烷转化率为14.0%,丙烯选择性为95.6%。反应6 h后,丙烷转化率为11.1%,丙烯选择性为95.6%。Propane dehydrogenation as a propene on-purpose production technology has become an important means of producing propene.The Pt-based and Cr-based catalysts used in the industry have high cost or environmental pollution problems.Vanadium-based catalysts have been widely studied in recent years for its low cost and high activity.In this work,a series of V/S-1 catalysts were prepared by means of grafting method using C_(10)H_(14)O_(5)V as precursor and silicate-1(S-1)as support.The results showed that the VO_(x) species changed from oligomerization to high polymerization with the increasing loadings,and the ratio of oligomeric VO_(x) species to high polymerization VO_(x) species changed with the change of vanadium loading,where 3V/S-1 shows the highest proportion of oligomeric VO_(x) species among these catalysts.3V/S-1 catalyst shows the highest catalytic performance with the initial propane conversion of 14.0%and a pr opene selectivity of 95.6%.After 6 h of reaction,the conversion of propane is 11.1%and the selectivity of pr opene is 95.6%.
