摘  要:三维互穿网络结构复合材料因具有组成相的优异性能而备受关注,而多孔预制体是获得高性能互穿网络结构复合材料的关键.本文尝试利用选择性激光烧结技术快速制备多孔石墨预制体,重点研究了热固性酚醛树脂加入量、碳化升温速率等对石墨预制体的抗弯强度、导热性能以及孔洞连通性的影响,通过自浸渗工艺实现石蜡与多孔石墨预制体复合,为新型石蜡/石墨复合相变储热材料制备提供了新工艺.研究结果表明:通过增加热固性酚醛树脂加入量有助于提高石墨预制体的导热性能和抗弯强度,但对孔洞的连通性会产生不利影响;较高的碳化升温速率有利于保证多孔石墨预制体的孔洞连通性,但降低了导热性能和抗弯强度.新型石蜡/石墨复合相变储热材料的抗弯强度、导热系数分别达到4.25 MPa、1.34 W/(m·K),石蜡质量占比达到37%.Three dimensional interpenetrating network structure composites has attracted much attention due to their excellent properties of constituent phases,and porous preform is the key to obtain high performance interpenetrating network structural composites.In this paper,the selective laser sintering technology is adopted to prepare the porous graphite preform quickly.The effects of the amount of thermosetting phenolic resin and carbonization heating rate on the bending strength,thermal conductivity and hole connectivity of the graphite preform are studied.The composite of paraffin wax and porous graphite preform is realized by self-infiltration process.It provided a new way to prepare a new paraffin/graphite composite phase change heat storage material.The results show that the increase of the amount of thermosetting phenolic resin can improve the thermal conductivity and flexural strength of graphite perform.However,it also has a negative effect on the connectivity of holes.It means the higher carbonization heating rate is beneficial to ensure the pore connectivity of the porous graphite preform,but,it decreases the thermal conductivity and flexural strength.The flexural strength and thermal conductivity of the new graphite paraffin wax thermal storage composite are 4.25 MPa and 1.34 W/(m·K),respectively,and the mass proportion of paraffin wax is 37%.
