摘 要:为推动重型货车电气化发展,助力交通运输行业“双碳”战略目标的实现,从接触网供电系统、电动车辆、车载受电弓、综合运营调度系统4个方面分析电气化公路建设运输系统技术构成,归纳电气化公路建设适用条件。以内蒙古某高速电气化试验段为例,从供电网改造、电动车辆配置、受电弓配置、综合运营调度管理系统4个方面提出依托工程电气化公路技术方案,并开展经济效益和环境效益分析。研究结果表明:推进电气化公路运输体系建设将产生明显的经济效益和环境效益,与LNG驱动相比,能源消耗成本降低25%左右,二氧化碳排放量年均减少27万吨,氮氧化物排放量年均减少3 181吨,颗粒物排放量年均减少12吨;与传统柴油驱动相比,其能源消耗成本降低70%以上,二氧化碳排放量年均减少31万吨,硫氧化物排放量年均减少759万吨,氮氧化物排放量年均减少4 938吨,颗粒物排放量年均减少339吨。可为我国推广电气化公路发展奠定基础,为交通运输实现“双碳”目标提供技术支撑。In order to promote the electrification development of heavy-duty trucks and help achieve the "dual carbon" strategic goal,explore technical solutions for electrified road transportation systems,from the catenary power supply system,electric vehicle,vehicle pantograph,and integrated operation dispatching system,the technical composition of the transportation system for electrified highway construction is analyzed,and the applicable conditions for electrified highway construction are summarized. Taking a high-speed electrification test section in Inner Mongolia as an example,this paper proposes technical solutions from four aspects:power supply network transformation,electric vehicle configuration,pantograph configuration and comprehensive operation dispatch management system,and analyzes economic and environmental benefits. The research results show that:by promoting the construction of electrified road transportation system,obvious economic and environmental benefits will be produced. Compared with LNG driving,energy consumption costs will be reduced by about 25%,carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by an average of 270 000 tons per year,and nitrogen oxide emissions will be reduced. Compared with the traditional diesel drive,its energy consumption cost is reduced by more than 70%,the carbon dioxide emission is reduced by 310 000 tons,and the sulfur oxide emission is reduced on average 7.59 million tons,nitrogen oxide emissions decreased by 4 938 tons per year,and particulate matter emissions decreased by 339 tons per year. It can lay a foundation for promoting the development of electrified highways in our country and provide technical support for the realization of the "dual carbon" goal of transportation.
