新时代高校党组织活力提升及其思想政治教育功能辨析

摘　　要：全面加强高校党的建设和提升大学生思想政治教育成效是当前高校面临的重大课题。高校党组织作为思想政治工作的主力军,其组织活力和思想政治教育存在着辩证统一关系。通过认清这一本质,发挥思想政治教育功能的导向作用,坚持用先进性、自觉能动性、创新性全面提升党组织活力,坚持紧扣新时代主题、遵循内在规律、把握当代大学生特点,优化党组织的思想政治教育功能,是破解高校党建和思想政治教育难题的有效举措。It is an important issue for colleges and universities to comprehensively strengthen the Party construction and enhance the effects of ideological and political education for university students.As the main force of ideological and political work in the universities,there exists a dialectical and unified relationship between the party organization vitality and its effects on ideological and political education.By recognizing this essence,this paper makes some suggestions on how to solve the problems of Party construction and ideological and political education in colleges and universities by adopting such effective measures as adhering to the use of advanced nature,conscious initiative,and innovation to promote the overall improvement of Party organizational vitality,sticking to the theme of the new era,following internal laws,and grasping the characteristics of contemporary university students to optimize the educational functions of the Party organizations’ideology and politics.
