摘  要:铸管件毛坯表面存在的飞边、毛刺、披缝等缺陷,不仅影响铸管件外观,还严重影响铸管件的产品性能和使用寿命,铸管件的清理打磨是不可缺少的一道工序。针对多品种管件混线生产,采用传统的人工打磨费时费力、效率低下、工作环境恶劣、风险极大,而机器人打磨又存在刚性不足、不能满足节拍的问题,通过设计面向铸管清理打磨的双工位打磨机床及其自动化生产线,可实现铸管混线柔性自动化打磨,减轻工人劳动强度,有效提高生产效率和改善作业现场的环境,产品质量大幅度提升,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。The defects of flying edge,burr and seam hanging on the blank surface of cast pipe fittings not only affected the appearance of cast pipe fittings,but also seriously affected the product performance and service life of casting pipe fittings.The cleaning and polishing of casting pipe fittings was an indispensable process. In order to solve the problem that multi-varieties of pipe fittings were produced in a mixed line,the use of traditional manual grinding was time-consuming,low efficiency,bad working environment,great risk,and the robot grinding had the problem of insufficient rigidity,couldn’t meet the beat,by designing duplex grinding machine tool and its automatic production line for casting pipe cleaning and grinding,flexible automatic grinding of cast pipe mixing line could be realized that could reduce the labor intensity of workers,effectively improved production efficiency and improved the environment of the operation site,greatly improved product quality and achieved good economic and social benefits.
