摘 要:为适应大电网的运行管理要求,实现电网异常及事故情况下的快速响应,需要进一步提高运行管理水平和调度员的工作能力。然而,电网的事故处理是一个异常复杂的动态决策系统,很多因素都会影响到电网的事故处理,而且很多因素都是不确定的。现有的稳态运行分析软件很难提供有效的帮助,因此事故处理主要靠调度员的经验来现场决策。本系统的研究和开发使得目前正在使用的调度自动化系统的功能得以扩展,为调度员提供智能化的辅助决策,使得电网经济、优质、稳定、安全运行,提升经济效益和社会效益。In order to meet the requirements of operation and management of large power grid and achieve rapid response under abnormal and accident conditions,it is necessary to further improve the level of operation management and the working ability of dispatchers.However,the accident handling of the power grid is an extremely complex dynamic decision-making system,many factors will affect the accident handling of the power grid,and many factors are uncertain.The existing steady-state operation analysis software is difficult to provide effective help,so accident handling mainly depends on the experience of dispatchers to make on-site decisions.The research and development of this system expands the functions of the dispatching automation system currently in use,provides intelligent auxiliary decision-making for dispatchers,and makes the power grid operate economically,high-quality,stable and safe,and improve economic and social benefits.
