摘 要:目前大多燃煤电厂均采用自然通风冷却塔进行冷热交换。冷却塔运行时受自然风不确定因素的影响,很难达到理想的换热效果,同时冷却塔运行时的噪声对周边环境产生噪声污染,解决冷却塔目前存在的这两大问题有十分重要的意义。本项目通过对自然通风冷却塔采用智能换热提效与降噪协同技术的综合研究,在实现冷却塔降噪的同时,降低冷却塔出水口的环比水温,提高冷却效率,达到节能的目的。At present,most coal-fired power plants use natural ventilation cooling towers for cold and heat exchange.The operation of the cooling towers is affected by the uncertain factors of natural wind,so it is difficult to achieve the ideal effect of heat exchange.At the same time,the noise of the cooling tower produces noise pollution to the surrounding environment,how to solve these two major problems of the cooling tower is of great significance.Through the comprehensive research on the cooperative technology of intelligent heat exchange and noise reduction in the natural ventilation cooling tower,this project can not only reduce the noise of the cooling tower,but also reduce the ring specific water temperature of the outlet of the cooling tower,improve the cooling efficiency and achieve the purpose of energy saving.
