摘  要:结合百年宅项目装配式建造,从项目建设角度出发,以项目优势、设计、施工、成本与工期等方面为切入点,介绍叠合楼板深化设计时接缝位置的构造处理,控制板厚与平整度的技术措施,以及ALC板垂直运输、板材固定及开槽、外墙板缝防水处理措施。经对比分析装配式建筑与传统建筑的成本和工期,发现装配式建筑成本不占优势,装配式构件叠合楼板每层工期整体比现浇结构增加2d,二次结构ALC板施工速度为砌筑施工的2.5倍。In the practical application of Centennial House Project of prefabricated building, introduces the structural treatment of the joint position during the deepening design of the superimposed floor slab, the method of controlling the thickness and flatness of the board during construction, and the vertical transportation of the ALC plate, plate fixed and slotted and waterproof treatment measures for external wall panel seams from the perspective of project construction and the aspects of project advantages, design, construction, cost and duration, etc. By comparison of both the cost and construction period of prefabricated construction and traditional construction, is not more advantageous than the latter in terms of cost. And the construction period of each floor of the prefabricated component composite floor is increased by 2 days and the construction speed of ALC slab of the secondary structure is 2.5 times of that of the traditional masonry.
