摘  要:随着悬索桥跨度的增大,其主塔高度、塔柱受力变大,随之横梁轮廓及体积变大,浇筑方量变大,增加了塔柱和横梁高空施工风险。连镇铁路五峰山长江大桥主桥主跨为1 092m,是我国内陆第1座公铁两用悬索桥,主塔为钢混式框架结构,高191.5m。以该大桥主塔横梁施工为例,介绍了横梁施工难点,横梁施工支架选择、支架的结构特点及施工流程等。采用有限元分析软件对横梁支架进行计算,支架强度、刚度、稳定性均满足规范要求。目前,该桥施工顺利并已启用,验证了主塔横梁支架设计与施工的合理性。With the increase of the span of the suspension bridge, the height of the main tower and the force on the tower increase. Then the beam profile volume and pouring weight become larger, which increases the risk of high-altitude construction of the main tower and cross beam. The main bridge of Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge is the first rail-cum-road suspension bridge in China, whose main span reaches 1 092 m. The main tower is a reinforced concrete frame structure with a height of 191.5 m. Taking the engineering practice of the main tower cross beam of Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge as an example, this paper introduces the construction difficulties of the cross beam, the selection of the cross beam construction supports, the structural characteristics of the supports and the construction process. The finite element analysis software is used to calculate the cross beam supports, and the strength, rigidity and stability of the supports meet the requirements of the specification. At present, the bridge has been successfully constructed and put into use, which verifies the rationality of the design and construction of the beam supports of the main tower.
