摘  要:根据贵州山区水文地质地貌的实际特性,以贵州瓮安—开阳高速公路Ⅳ标米坪互通C匝道桥现浇箱梁为依托,开展高达42m钢管立柱+贝雷梁的支架体系设计及施工应用,采用有限元软件MIDAS Civil2019对支撑体系主要的贝雷梁及钢管立柱强度、稳定性、抗倾覆稳定性及地基承载力等力学性能进行验算分析设计,在此基础上研究其工艺,形成了“钢管柱支架节段模块化安装施工工法”及“高支架钢支撑无损伤附着施工工法”。工程应用表明,贝雷梁支撑体系设计满足要求,提出的施工工艺能较好地指导实际工程施工。According to the actual characteristics of the hydrogeological features of Guizhou mountainous area, the design and construction of the support system of the 42 m steel pipe column and Bailey beam is carried out on the basis of the current pouring box beam of Guizhou Weng’an-Kaiyang Expressway IV. Finite element software MIDAS Civil2019 is used to support the main Bailey beam and steel pipe column strength, stability, flexible anti-dump stability and ground-based carrying capacity and other hydraulic properties of the calculation and analysis design, its engineering process is studied on this basis, “steel pipe column support section modular installation construction method” and “high bracket steel support non-injury attachment construction work method” are formed. The engineering application shows that the design of the Bailey beam support system meets the requirements, and the proposed construction process can better guide the actual construction.
