摘 要:杭州西站站房钢结构屋盖跨度大,结构复杂,安装精度要求高。通过合理分区,对不同提升区拼装前进行结构旋转,可在顺利安装钢结构屋盖的前提下,极大地减少拼装胎架数量,缩短施工工期,带来良好的经济效益。由于屋盖跨度大,安装过程中结构受力复杂,对提升安装的各工况进行仿真模拟分析,为实际施工提供理论依据,充分体现了施工方案的可行性,在保证施工安全性的同时,具有良好的社会效益。The steel structure roof of Hangzhou West Railway Station building has large span, complex structure and high installation accuracy requirements. Through reasonable zoning and structural rotation before assembly of different lifting areas, the number of assembled bed-jig can be greatly reduced, the construction period can be shortened and good economic benefits can be brought on the premise of smooth installation of steel structure roof. Due to the large span of the roof and the complex stress of the structure in the installation process, the simulation analysis of various working conditions of lifting and installation provides a theoretical basis for the actual construction, which fully reflects the feasibility of the construction scheme, and it has good social benefits while ensuring the construction safety.
