大气扰动适航条款修订对符合性评估的影响研究

摘  要:对比《中国民用航空规章》第25部运输类飞机适航标准(CCAR—25)和美国现行的《联邦航空条例》第25部(FAR—25)中大气扰动飞行载荷类适航条款内容,归纳差异条款并将其按照差异内容对适航性评估的影响程度分为取值改变、方法改变、要求改变3类,展开分析每类差异条款的修订原因和影响情况;通过对条款取值改变情况进行算例分析,验证FAR修订条款引入的飞行剖面缓和系数使得真实紊流强度的计算更加贴近现实情况;按照差异条款要求中的多轴离散突风准则计算突风过载增量并与单一垂直突风过载计算结果进行对比,得到基于复合材料性能强度方向性的结果分析,使用多轴离散突风准则进行载荷计算适用于极端情况下的飞机结构强度要求。Comparing airworthiness terms of China Civil Aviation Regulations(CCAR—25)and U.S.Federal Aviation Regulations(FAR—25),this paper summarizes the difference clause and divides it into three categories,i.e.value change,method change and requirement change,according to the influence degree of difference content on airworthiness assessment.Besides,the paper carries out an analysis of the reasons and effects of the revision of each type of discrepancy clause.Through the example analysis of the change of the value of the clause,it is verified that the relaxation coefficient of the flight profile introduced by the revised FAR clause makes the calculation of the real turbulence intensity closer to the reality.According to the multiaxial discrete gust criterion in the difference clause,the surge overload increment is calculated and compared with the single vertical gust overload calculation results,and the result analysis based on the performance and strength directivity of composite materials is obtained.The load calculation using the multiaxial discrete gust criterion is suitable for the strength requirements of aircraft structures in extreme cases.
