摘  要:针对变电站巡检过程中拍摄的圆形仪表图像偏转问题,提出了基于图像识别的圆形指针式仪表读数矫正方法。将机器人在巡检过程中采集的圆形指针式仪表图像使用数字图像处理技术进行预处理,包括滤波去噪、形态学处理等;在表盘区域内,选择相应关键点并使用五点法拟合椭圆,定位出待处理的表盘区域和表盘中心;计算表盘中心和指针中心之间的距离并根据所获得的距离矫正指针的读数,输出指针的最终正确读数。实验结果表明,与直接用Hough变换算法相比,该算法能够实现读数的自动矫正,算法复杂度低、速度快、正确率达到95.4%,满足实际需求,为实现站内设备全覆盖检测提供了技术支撑。Aiming at the problem of deflection of circular instrument image taken during substation inspection,a reading correction method based on image recognition was proposed.The image of the circular pointer instrument collected by the robot in the inspection process was preprocessed by digital image processing technology,including filtering denoising,morphological processing and so on.The corresponding key points of circular meter image were selected and the five point method was used to fit the ellipse and locate the dial area and dial center.The distance between the center of the dial and the center of the pointer was calculated.According to the obtained distance,the reading of the pointer was corrected and the final correct reading of the pointer was output.The experimental results show that compared with the direct Hough transform algorithm,the algorithm can realize the reading correction and has the advantages of low complexity,fast speed and high accuracy of 95.4%,which can meet the real-life needs and prodvide technical support for realizing full coverage detection of equipments in the station.
