摘 要:针对城市高架桥矩形装配式墩柱,提出了墩柱与承台仅在承插孔附近进行局部加高的新型承插式连接构造。为研究该新型承插式墩柱的抗震性能以及新型构造的可行性,采用高强韧性混凝土作为接缝填充材料,制作2个采用新型连接构造(承插深度分别为1.0 D和0.8 D,D为截面受力方向的边长)的承插式试件和1个整体现浇试件,开展拟静力试验,分析对比各试件的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、耗能能力、残余位移和墩柱钢筋应变等关键指标。结果表明:对于新型承插式墩柱,0.8 D承插深度与1.0 D承插深度提供的约束作用相近;采用该新型承插式连接构造的矩形墩柱,能够在不显著增加承台混凝土用量的条件下增大承插深度,并且提供有效的嵌固作用;新型承插式连接墩柱的破坏区域均集中在墩柱底部区域,嵌缝和承台未发生破坏,与常规整体现浇墩柱的抗震性能等同;新型承插式连接方式还能够减小承台底部钢筋的受力,减小承台开裂的可能。For the precast segmental piers of rectangular cross-section in urban viaducts,a new type of socket connection is proposed,namely connecting the pier shaft with the pile cap via a socket protruding from the top of the pile cap.To study the seismic performance as well as the effectiveness of the details of the presented socket connection,two specimens with this type of connection(one with the socket depth of 1.0 D and the other with the socket depth of 0.8 D,D refers to the side length of the rectangular cross-section in loading direction)and one monolithic cast-in-place specimen were prepared,and the concrete of high strength and high toughness was used for seam filling.Quasi-static tests were conducted to analyze and compare the key indexes of the specimens,including the hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,energy dissipation capacity,residual displacement and strain of reinforcement in pier shaft.The results indicate that the restriction provided by a socket depth of 0.8 D approximates that provided by a socket depth of 1.0 D.The socket depth can be increased without consuming extra concrete in the pile cap,and the embedding effect is also sound.For the pier with new-type socket connection,the pier base is a damage-sensitive area,rather than the seam and pile cap.The seismic performance of the pier with this new-type socket connection is similar to that of the integral cast-in-place pier,but the new-type socket connection can alleviate the loads on the reinforcement in the base of pile cap,thereby reducing the cracking risk of the pile cap.
