摘 要:针对复杂竖曲线桥梁主梁顶推施工难度大、风险高、施工进度慢等问题,为控制主梁线形和内力,提高顶推效率、降低施工风险,提出顶推转动自适应控制法。该方法取消了主梁刚性转动,将主梁的转动分散到每一步顶推过程中,通过线形拟合、支墩固定垫块与活动垫块垫高、梁体转动、主动落梁控制等实现顶推过程自适应控制。以柳州凤凰岭大桥为背景,基于顶推转动自适应控制法进行该桥主梁顶推施工。结果表明:该方法顶推效率高,平均2.2 m/h;顶推过程结构受力安全可控,各支墩处8个支点落梁时受力分布均匀,落梁后主梁线形平顺,高程最大偏差为26 mm,表明转动自适应控制法应用效果良好;建议进一步研究更加高效的主动落梁装置。Incremental launching is hard to be applied to construct bridge with complex vertical curves,where construction complexities,risk and schedule are all critical.A rotation adaptive control method is proposed to control the geometry and internal force of the main girder,improve incremental launching efficiency and reduce construction risk.In this method,the main girder rigid rotation is dismissed,and the rotation of the main girder is allocated to each of the incremental launching step,and the adaptive control of the incremental launching is realized via geometry fitting,raising the depths of fixed and movable cushions of buttress,suppressing the rotation of the girder and controlling the active lowering of the main girder.The application of the method is illustrated by the case of Fenghuangling Bridge in Liuzhou.The incremental launching of the main girder of Fenghuangling Bridge was modified to an average of 2.2 m/h.The load bearing behavior of the structure during incremental launching was brought under control.Loads were uniformly distributed among the 8 supports at the each buttress when the girder was being lowered.When the main girder was lowered into position,the alignment of the main girder was smooth,with a maximum elevation bias of 26 mm,indicating that the effect of the adaptive control method was good.Further research of more efficient active girder lowering device is suggested.
