五行音乐疗法在治未病实践中的运用

摘　　要：《素问·四气调神大论》中的“圣人不治已病治未病,不治已乱治未乱”和《灵枢·逆顺》中的“上工治未病”等观点,揭示了治未病理论的重要性。文章将五行音乐与治未病相结合,探讨五行音乐在治未病3个阶段中的不同应用方法,提出在未病先防阶段采用五脏相音和五志相胜法,在既病防变阶段采用见微得过和五行相制法,在瘥后防复阶段采用扶助脾肾法。为五行音乐在治未病实践中的应用提供新的思路。The view of ‘the saints treat diseases before they are in disorder’ in Suwen·Siqi Tiaoshen Dalun and the view of ‘the superior doctor prevents diseases’ in Lingshu·Nishun reveal the importance of the theory of ‘preventive treatment of diseases’. This paper discusses the different application methods of five-element music in three stages of preventive treatment of diseases by combining them together. It is proposed that the method of ‘five zang viscera xiang yin’ and ‘five minds xiang sheng’should be used in the stage of prevention before disease onset, the method of ‘jian wei de guo’ and ‘five-element xiang zhi’ should be used in the stage of preventing diseases from exacerbating, and the method of ‘supporting spleen and kidney’ should be used in the stage of prevention of recurrence after recovery. It provides new ideas for the application of five-element music in the practice of preventive treatment of diseases.
