先秦两汉简帛医方研究现状及展望

摘　　要：随着出土简帛医药文献的不断发现,简帛医方作为其中最大的一类文献,得到了学界的重点关注。文章即以学界简帛医方研究现状为对象进行综述,并在此基础上进行展望,以期为将来的学术研究提供思路。目前学界对于简帛医方的研究主要可归纳为6个方面,即简帛医方成书年代研究,简帛医方语言文字考证研究,简帛医方中药物整理研究,简帛医方临床分类及疗效研究,简帛医方单方考证与传承比较研究,简帛医方现代应用研究。其中简帛医方的基础性研究开展得较为深入,但是关联性与现代应用研究较为薄弱。据此提出3点展望,即要开展多学科交叉合作,促进研究的深度和广度;重视简帛医方当代价值,建设简帛医方数据库;理清早期医方传承脉络,促进简帛医学体系构建。With the continuous discovery of unearthed bamboo and silk medical documents, as the largest type of literature, the medical prescriptions on bamboo and silk have attracted the attention and research of academic circles. This article summarizes the current research status of bamboo and silk medical prescriptions in academic circles, and carries out evaluation and prospect on this basis, in order to provide the basis and ideas for future academic research. The current academic research on bamboo and silk medical prescriptions can be summarized into six aspects: research on the writing date of bamboo and silk medical prescriptions;textual research on the language and characters of bamboo and silk medical prescriptions;research on the compilation of Chinese medicines on bamboo and silk medical prescriptions;bamboo and silk medical prescriptions clinical classification and curative effect research;comparative study on textual research and inheritance of bamboo and silk medical prescriptions;modern application research of bamboo and silk medical prescriptions. Among them, the basic research of bamboo and silk medical prescriptions is carried out more deeply, but the relevance and modern application research are relatively weak.Therefore, three prospects are put forward, that is, to carry out interdisciplinary cooperation to promote the depth and breadth of research;to pay attention to the contemporary value of bamboo and silk medical prescriptions and build the database of bamboo and silk medical prescriptions;to clarify the inheritance context of early medical prescriptions and promote the construction of bamboo and silk medical system.
