摘　　要：平衡观作为中医学理论体系发展与应用的核心理念,始终贯穿在中医学理论的发展与沿革当中。平衡观的地位之所以举足轻重,主要彰显在其对辨证、诊疗等多方面的理性认知中。当前中医的发展机遇与挑战并存,如何精准、高效达到“筋骨并重,骨正筋柔”的相对平衡状态是伤科治疗中亟待解决的问题。“辨构论治”诊疗理念是基于中医平衡观认识和治疗伤科疾病的一种思维方式,为临床治疗提供新思路、新方法。As the core concept of the development and application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory, the concept of balance has always been running through the development and evolution of TCM. The importance of the concept of balance is mainly embodied in its full participation in the process of TCM diagnosis and treatment, which can guide doctors to treat patients more rationally and objectively. At present, the development of TCM is facing both opportunities and challenges. In this situation, how to apply the theory of balance in the treatment of injuries accurately to achieve the balance of tendon, bone and muscle function is a problem that should be paid attention to at present. ‘Structure differentiation and treatment’ is a new way of thinking based on the concept of balance. It can provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment by focusing on the balance of muscles and bones in the treatment of injuries from the whole point of view.
