摘　　要：尺肤诊源于《黄帝内经》,独具特色。尺肤针基于尺肤诊理论,选取前臂内侧腕肘之间区域穴位治疗以脏腑病为主,虽有深刻的理论内涵,但研究较少,远逊色于其他现代发明的微针疗法。笔者在尺肤诊和前人研究基础上,构建臂针理论,通过取类比象,以整个上肢为取穴部位,手至肩关节的整个上肢与人体头部至臂部分别对应,扩大尺肤针的主治范围,丰富其内涵,扩展临床应用。Chi skin diagnosis is derived from Huangdi Neijing, which is unique. Based on the theory of Chi skin diagnosis, Chi skin acupuncture points on the inner forearm between the wrists and elbows, which are selected to treat viscera diseases. Although it has profound theoretical connotations, there are few studies and it is far inferior to other modern invented micro-needle therapies. Based on the Chi skin diagnosis and previous studies, construct arm acupuncture theory, the authors take the entire upper extremity as the acupoint selection site by taking the image analogy, the entire upper limb from hand to the shoulder joint corresponds to the head to the buttocks respectively, which can expand the scope of the Chi skin acupuncture, enrich its connotation, and expand the clinical application.
