冠心病及其不同合并病患者的舌诊参数特征分析

摘　　要：目的:观察冠心病不同合并病患者的舌诊参数特征,以期为冠心病及其合并病临床诊疗提供一定的舌诊客观依据。方法:使用中医舌面仪采集健康人(正常对照组)、冠心病及其不同合并病患者舌象,提取舌象特征参数,比较各组舌质、舌质HSV参数。结果:正常对照组的舌质所有部位(舌根部、舌中部、舌尖部、舌左部、舌右部、舌整体)与舌苔的S值均显著小于其余3组(P<0.05),整体舌质与舌苔的V值均显著大于单纯冠心病组、冠心病合并高血压病及糖尿病组(P<0.05),舌质中部、舌质尖部V值均显著大于其余3组(P<0.05),舌质左部、舌质右部V值均显著大于单纯冠心病组(P<0.05)。单纯冠心病组的舌质根部V值显著小于其余3组(P<0.05),舌质右部V值显著小于冠心病合并高血压病组、正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病与其不同合并病患者的舌诊参数特征有差异,可为冠心病及其合并病的中医诊疗提供一定的客观依据。Objective: To observe the characteristics of tongue diagnosis parameters in patients with different complications of coronary heart disease, in order to provide some objective basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease and its complications. Methods: The tongue picture of healthy people(normal control group), patients with coronary heart disease and their different complications were collected by traditional Chinese medicine tongue surface instrument,the characteristic parameters of tongue picture were extracted, and the HSV parameters of tongue quality and tongue quality in each group were compared. Results: In the normal control group, the S values of all tongue parts(root, middle, tip, left, right,and whole tongue) and tongue coating were significantly lower than those of the other 3 groups(P<0.05). The V values of the tongue and tongue coating were significantly higher than those of the simple coronary heart disease group, coronary heart disease,hypertension and diabetes group(P<0.05). The V values of the middle tongue and tongue tip were significantly higher than those of the other 3 groups(P<0.05). The value of V in the right part of tongue was significantly higher than that in the simple coronary heart disease group(P<0.05). The V value of the root of the tongue in the simple coronary heart disease group was significantly lower than that in the other 3 groups(P<0.05), and the V value of the right part of the tongue was significantly lower than that in the coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension group and the normal control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: There are differences in the characteristics of tongue diagnosis parameters between patients with coronary heart disease and their different complications, which can provide some objective basis for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease and its complications.
