摘　　要：瘀血证是临床常见的一类病证,张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中对于这一病证有详细的论述。根据用药强度的不同,张仲景将瘀血证治法分为和血法、活血法、破血法。每种治法均有相应的角药,如芍药、当归、川芎,一收敛一和血一行散,发挥和血化瘀的功效;旋覆花、茜草、葱白,一降气一活血一散邪,调畅肝经气血;大黄、桃仁、水蛭,一攻下一破血一入络,剔除脏腑深聚之瘀血。张仲景治疗瘀血证的角药配伍,充分体现了其临证时据证立法、依法处方、选药精当、配伍严谨的特点,为后世治疗瘀血证提供了基本处方思路。Blood stasis syndrome is a common disease pattern in clinic. In Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Disease, this syndrome is discussed in detail. According to the intensity of treatment, ZHANG Zhong-jing divided the treatment methods into blood-harmonizing method, activating blood circulation method and blood breaking method. Each treatment, ZHANG Zhong-jing has a specific triangular drugs treatment. For example, paeonia lactiflora, angelica sinensis and ligusticum wallichii, paeonia lactiflora has the functions of convergence, angelica sinensis has the functions of activation of blood circulation, while ligusticum wallichii has the functions of dispersion, they exert the effects of regulating blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Inula flower, madder root and scallion white can depress qi, promote blood circulation and dispel pathogenic factors, and regulate qi and blood in liver meridian. Rhubarb, peach kernel, leech, once they attack, once they break blood, once they enter the collaterals, they eliminate the blood stasis accumulated in viscera. The compatibility of triangular drugs for the treatment of blood stasis syndrome fully embodies the characteristics of ZHANG Zhong-jing’s legislation according to the syndrome, selection of drugs with appropriate precision, and strict compatibility, which provides the basic prescription idea for later generations to treat blood stasis syndrome.
