摘　　要：禤国维教授结合岭南地域气候文化和岭南人体质特点,立足于阴阳学说,形成了具有岭南特色的皮肤病诊疗经验,认为荨麻疹、斑秃、痤疮等多种皮肤病病机不离阴阳失衡,病机关键在于肾阴不足,相火过旺,兼杂脾虚湿困。治疗上从肾论治,调补肾阴以使阴阳和调,清补五脏达以平为期,选药多药性平和,忌清热而苦寒伤阳,温补而辛燥耗阴,主张药食同源,注重药理研究,强调传统中医应与现代医学合参,保证用药安全,避免肾毒性药物的不良反应。Professor XUAN Guo-wei combines lingnan regional culture and climate, and the characteristics of the lingnan people constitution, based on yin-yang theory, and has created a unique lingnan’s diagnosis and treatment experience of skin disease. It is believed that the basis of the pathogenesis of TCM, such as urticaria, alopecia areata, acne and other skin diseases is mainly yin-yang disharmony. Mechanism is the key to the deficiency of kidney yin deficiency, frenetic stirring of the ministerial fire with spleen deficiency with dampness encumbrance. Starting from the kidney, treatment should be tonifying the kidney yin and taking into account the five internal organs to spontaneous harmonization of yin and yang. It prefers the neutral herbs rather than bitter-cold herbs damaging yang or warm-tonifying herbs damaging yin, maintains medicinal and food homologous, emphasizes the combination of traditional medicine with the modern medicine, especially lays stress on the modern pharmacological researches to prevent serious adverse events of herbs with nephrotoxicity and also to achieve proper and safe application.
