南征从“毒”论治消渴肾衰经验

摘　　要：南征教授将糖尿病肾脏疾病归纳为中医的“消渴肾衰”,认为“毒损肾络”为本病的核心病机,并结合“本虚标实”的病性特点,主张从“毒”论治糖尿病肾脏疾病。制定了解毒通络保肾的治疗大法,治疗上强调病证结合,辨证论治,自拟消渴肾衰安汤加减,重视内外同治,结合外用灌肠,增强解毒祛瘀、泄浊导邪之功,疗效确切,临床运用颇多。临证时,在此基础上根据不同个体差异,辨证加减,灵活运用,以取得更好的疗效。Professor NAN Zheng summed up diabetic kidney disease as ’diabetes renal failure’ in traditional Chinese medicine. It is considered that ’toxin damages the kidney collaterals’ is the core pathogenesis of this disease, and combined with the disease characteristics of ’deficiency and excess’, we advocate the treatment of diabetic kidney disease from ’toxin’. To formulate the treatment method of understanding toxin, dredging collaterals and protecting kidney. Treatment emphasizes the combination of disease and syndrome and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Self-made Xiaoke Shenshuaian Decoction,pay attention to internal and external treatment, combined with external enema, enhance the ability of detoxification and removing blood stasis, purging turbidity and pathogen, the curative effect is exact, and there are many clinical applications. In clinical, on this basis, according to different individual differences, syndrome differentiation, flexible use, in order to achieve better curative effect.
