癌毒病机理论辨治乳腺癌探讨

摘　　要：癌毒病机理论是中医辨治恶性肿瘤的重大理论创新。文章基于癌毒病机理论,阐明了乳腺癌的病理因素主要有气郁、虚、痰、瘀、毒;其病位在乳房,与肝、肾、脾、胃及冲任二脉关系密切;总结了乳腺癌肝郁气滞、冲任失调、痰瘀蕴毒的核心病机及其病机演变规律,并确立了“抗癌解毒,调理冲任,扶正祛邪”的治疗原则,以此阐述了主要治法。以期通过临床应用,推广以癌毒病机理论为基础的中医肿瘤临床辨治体系。The pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin is a major theoretical innovation in the treatment of malignant tumors in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Based on the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin, the article clarifies that the pathological factors of breast cancer mainly include qi stagnation, deficiency, phlegm, stasis and toxin. The disease is located in the breast and closely related to liver, kidney, spleen and stomach and Chong Ren. This paper summarizes the core pathogenesis of liver and qi stagnation, imbalance of Chong and Ren, accumulation of toxin in phlegm and blood stasis and pathogenesis evolutions of breast cancer, and establishes the therapeutic principles and main treatments of ’counteracting cancer and removing toxins, regulating Chong and Ren, strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil’. In order to popularize the system of TCM tumor clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin through clinical application.
