摘　　要：“四季五方一元气”理论是根据《易经》先后天八卦之卦义和卦理,并结合中医五运六气和气一元论思想而形成。吕英教授认为儿童慢性咳嗽的基本病机为三阴本气不足,伏邪深藏,其表现在肺,其根在肾,临证时急性期常从元阳不足、内生寒邪,土不载木、甲胆不降,肺气虚发生寒化或热化,上焦局部阳郁气结4条病机线路考虑,缓解期顾护先天,补益后天,积极预防。文章介绍吕英教授治疗儿童慢性咳嗽的经验,简要阐述了立法、用药特点,最后结合临床实例以浅析效用,为临床上治疗儿童慢性咳嗽提供更广阔的思路。The theory of ’four seasons, five directions and one monism’ is based on the meanings and principles of prenatal and postnatal eight diagrams in Yi Jing, combined with five movements and six qi and qi monism. Professor LYU Ying believes that the basic pathogenesis of children chronic cough is deficiency of three yin visceral qi, and insidious pathogen is hidden in the depths, which is manifested in the lung and its root lies in the kidney. In the acute stage, she often thinks about it in terms of four pathogenesis lines: deficiency of original yang and endogenous cold pathogen, lack of wood in the soil and Jia Dan don’t descend, the change of cold or heat due to deficiency of lung qi, stagnation of yang and qi in the upper energizer. In the remission stage, she emphasizes to protect the innate endowment, tonify the postnatal root, and actively prevent. This article introduces professor LYU Ying’s experience in treating children chronic cough, and analyzes her characteristics in syndrome differentiation, treatment and application of drugs and formulas, in order to broaden our clinical thinking in the children chronic cough therapy.
