摘　　要：非哺乳期乳腺炎属于中医学“粉刺型乳痈”范畴,其病机往往先实后虚,先热后寒,气血同病。探讨非哺乳期乳腺炎的治则治法,辨治需分病种,辨脏腑,定病性;提出病程前期阳证以肝胃郁热、热毒壅盛为主要病机,病程后期阴证以气血亏虚、脾肾阳虚为主要病机,痰浊、瘀血、气滞为主要病理产物,病程反复,缠绵难愈。治疗上以清肝和胃、托毒透脓、益气养血、温阳散结、调和冲任为主要治法,分期外治结合个体化辨证论治,以及中西医联合治疗。Non-lactation mastitis belongs to the category of ‘acne-type breast carbuncle’ in traditional Chinese medicine.Its pathogenesis are often first sufficient and then deficient, first hot and then cold, with the same diseaseof qi and blood. The article is to discuss the therapeutic principle and method of non-lactation mastitis. Differentiation and treatment need to distinguish disease types, distinguish viscera and determine the nature of disease. It is proposed that the main pathogenesis of yang syndrome in the early stage of the disease is the stagnation of heat in the liver and stomach and the flaming of heat. With the development of the disease, deficiency of qi with blood and yang of spleen and kidney are the main pathogenesis. And the main pathological products are turbid phlegm, blood stasis, and stagnation of qi. The course of the disease is easily relapse, and it is difficult to heal.The main treatment methods are clearing the heat of liver and stomach, detoxifying and to penetrate the pus, replenishing qi and nourishing blood, warming the yang and dispelling the masses, and reconciling the chong and ren pulse. It is better to treat the disease individually and combined different medicine of east and west.
