摘　　要：文章介绍周惠芳教授治疗黄体功能不全性不孕症经验。周惠芳教授认为,肾阳虚、心火盛,心肾不交导致的生殖轴紊乱是关键病机。临证时根据患者月经情况及是否妊娠,将黄体功能不全性不孕症的治疗分为调经、种子、安胎3个阶段,治以备孕调经、心肾合治,试孕种子、补肾调周,孕后安胎、补肾宁心,取得了较为满意的临床疗效。This paper introduces ZHOU Hui-fang’s experience in treating infertility with luteal insufficiency.Professor ZHOU Hui-fang considers that the kidney yang deficiency, the heart fire and the heart-kidney disharmony are the key pathogenesis of reproductive axis disorder. She divides the treatment of infertility with luteal phase defect into three stages:regulating menstruation, pregnancy, and tranquilizing fetus to prevent miscarriage according to the patient’s menstruation and whether she is pregnant or not. When preparing pregnancy, regulating menstruation along with modulating heart and kidney are the main treatment;when try to conceive, tonifying kidney and regulating cycle;after pregnancy, tonifying kidney and preventing miscarriage are the critical principles. Satisfactory clinical effects have been obtained according to these treatment methods..
