摘　　要：文章总结陈颖异老师运用中医药治疗慢性盆腔痛的学术观点、临床经验及用药特色。陈老师认为本病乃本虚标实、虚实夹杂之证,主要病机在于有形实邪(湿热或寒湿)阻滞胞宫、胞脉,久羁不去,与气血相搏结,致瘀血阻络,冲任不调,不通则痛而发为本病。治疗当从正虚邪实的角度出发,以扶助正气、祛其余邪、祛瘀止痛为基本治则,配合中药慢盆汤保留灌肠,内外合治,综合调理,临床效果显著,对临床实践具有一定的启示意义。To summarize the academic viewpoint, clinical experience and medication characteristics of CHEN Yingyi in treating chronic pelvic pain with traditional Chinese medicine. CHEN thinks that this disease is the syndrome of root vacuity and tip repletion, and vacuity-repletion complex. The main pathogenesis is that tangible evil(damp heat or cold dampness) block the uterus and uterine vessels, which cannot be removed for a long time, and it will further fight with qi and blood, resulting blood stasis and obstruction of collateral, disharmony of the thorough fare and conception channels, which will cause pain and this disease. The treatment should start from the point of view of right vacuity and evil repletion, with supporting righteousness,eliminating other evils, removing blood stasis and relieving pain as the basic treatment principles. At the same time, combined with retention enema with Manpen Decoction, combined internal and external treatment, comprehensive conditioning and remarkable clinical effect, and it has certain enlightenment significance for clinical practice.
