摘　　要：文章对连建伟教授治疗脾胃病学术思想和临床经验进行了较详实地分析和整理。连建伟教授从脾胃论治其他脏腑疾病十法,包括培土生金法、培土柔木法、柔木补土法、补脾养心法、温补脾肾法、调肝和胃法、清胆和胃法、滋补胃肾法、疑难杂病久病转治脾胃法、四肢清窍病调补脾胃法。连教授遣方用药常从肝、胆、脾、胃病之比例关系入手,辨证精细,用药精当,加减极为灵活,从脾胃论治他脏病的学术思想和临床经验值得继承。This paper analyzes and collates the theoretical basis and clinical experience of the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases by professor LIAN Jian-wei. Professor LIAN Jian-wei discussed ten methods of treating other zang-fu diseases from spleen and stomach, including cultivating earth to grow gold, cultivating earth to soft wood, softening wood to nourish earth, nourishing spleen and nourishing heart, warming spleen and kidney, regulating liver and stomach, clearing gallbladder and stomach, nourishing stomach and kidney, changing intractable and miscellaneous diseases to spleen and stomach, and adjusting spleen and stomach by clearing the body and body of limbs. Professor LIAN often started from the proportion of liver,gallbladder, spleen and stomach diseases, especially fine syndrome differentiation, very precise medication, very flexible addition and subtraction. The academic thought and clinical experience of treating his heart disease from spleen and stomach are worth inheriting.
