摘　　要：文章简述蜂针经穴疗法的渊源;介绍蜂针经穴疗法操作常规:蜂毒过敏试验、蜂针循经散刺法、蜂针经穴直刺法、活蜂经穴螫刺法,阐述蜂毒注射液穴位注射疗法、蜂毒注射液直流电离子导入疗法的操作方法和治疗疗程;论述蜂针经穴疗法的适应证和禁忌证,提示出现不良反应或超敏反应的处理措施;讨论蜂针经穴疗法治疗类风湿性关节炎、风湿性关节炎、中风后遗症等病证临床应用体会,探讨蜂毒的药理及治疗作用;论述管氏蜂针经穴疗法的学术经验。This paper outlines the origin of bee-needle meridian acupoint therapy and describes the operation procedures that include bee venom allergy test, bee needle meridian injection, bee needle acupoint injection, live bee needle acupoint injection,bee venom acupoint injection, and been venom iontophoresis. The paper presents the indications and contraindications of the beeneedle meridian acupoint therapy and demonstrates the treatment of adverse effects or allergic reactions. It details the clinical experience of using bee-needle meridian acupoint therapy to treat rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, post-stroke syndrome and other conditions. It explores the pharmacological effects and therapeutic mechanism of the bee venom and narrates the academic experience of GUNAs’ bee-needle meridian and acupoint therapy.
