舌、脉-药证体系逻辑的构建与思考

摘　　要：舌、脉-药证对应是高度体现中医辨证论治思想的临床用药准则和依据。舌象、脉象反映出的中医证候,在决定具体药物的选用加减,发挥临床实战准确性、有效性、高效性中有纲领意义。串联诸“证”之概括,进一步阐释中医生理、病理微义,明晰各学说流派的用药逻辑。舌、脉-药物之对应使用,必依其据,后成其理,但理法虽广,不离基本,这即为探索其本质逻辑表达奠定研究基础。而散见于历代中医经典、名家著作、医论医案、本草方书等文献的临床论述内容,则是差别逻辑向共通逻辑表达的研究素材。文章提出了舌、脉-药证体系逻辑的构建方式以及其运用价值的思考。Tongue appearance and pulse condition-drug-syndrome corresponding was the criterion and basis for clinical application of Chinese materia medica, which perfectly reflected the thought of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). The syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine reflected by tongue and pulse plays a significance role in deciding the modification of the prescription and improving the accuracy, effectivity and efficiency in clinical practice. Combining the summarization of all kinds of syndromes to clarify the physiology and pathology in TCM was the solid goal of the logic of medication and academic schools system. Tongue appearance and pulse condition-drug-syndrome corresponding had a credible foundation for exploring its essential logical expression. The clinical discussion contents scattered in TCM classics, famous works, medical records and herbal works was the research materials of differential logic to common logic expression. In this paper, the basic concepts and logical expressions in the tongue appearance and pulse condition-drug-syndrome corresponding system were clarified by means of literature review.
